With Valentine’s Day just around the corner I thought it would be wonderful to put together a round-up of heart themed crochet patterns.
On my search for heart patterns, I came across so many beautiful designs that I found it hard to choose!
So, this round-up contains a selection of different patterns including beanie hats, decorative throw pillows, treat bags and more!

Valentine Hearts Free Crochet Patterns
